• Age limit: All participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants over 70 must bring a Declaration of Fitness form, which must be completed, signed, and stamped by your doctor.
•  Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in skydiving.
• Medical restrictions: If you suffer from or have previously suffered from any of the conditions listed below, kindly download and fill out the Declaration of Fitness form before your arrival.

• Women - Weight: 90.0 kg/ 198.0 lbs or less, BMI: 27.5 or less.
• Men - Weight: 100.0 kg/220 lbs or less, BMI: 30.0 or less.

• Skydive Dubai has a zero-tolerance alcohol and/or drugs policy. There must be no alcohol or drugs in your system 24 hours before your skydive.
• Please avoid scuba diving at least 24 hours before your tandem skydive.
• In case of bad weather, your skydive experience can be delayed or canceled. You will receive a full refund if your experience is canceled due to bad weather.
• You can request a female tandem instructor for your experience.
• Arrival time - please arrive exactly according to the time mentioned on your ticket.
• Height limit: There is no minimum or maximum height limit for this experience.

By car: The Skydive Dubai Palm Drop Zone is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in the designated parking free of cost.

By public transportation: The Skydive Dubai Palm DropZone is accessible by public transport. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the DMCC metro station and take a short taxi ride to the location.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the drop zone from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
