• Tickets can be purchased through authorized channels only, including Platinumlist’s official website and approved ticketing partners.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All sales are final; refunds will not be granted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Events can be canceled, rescheduled, or modified according to Platinumlist’s discretion. In such cases, customers will receive notice via email or phone, and options for a refund or exchange may be offered.

• The management reserves the right to make any necessary changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Smoking, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited inside Dubai World Trade Centre.

By Car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading northeast on Sheikh Zayed Road, taking Exit 53 toward 2nd Zaa’beel Street and Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, following the ramp, exiting at the first roundabout, turning left, veering slightly right, then turning right. The destination will be on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By Public Transportation: You can easily reach your destination by taking the MRed lines towards the World Trade Centre Metro Station and taking a short six-minute walk from there. 

By Taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
